10.4.11 Wv 1 Wk 3 Sumo DL + Prowler

Felt strong and fast on these today.  I knew 8 is what it would've taken to get a estimated max PR, but I didn't think 8 would go.  I just did reps till they slowed down/felt different and ended up with 8!
